Pennsylvania College of Technology – a special mission affiliate of Penn State and a leader in applied technology education – invites your organization to engage with the next generation of skilled professionals during our Fall 2026 Recruitment Days.

These exclusive, major-specific events (limited to up to 25 employers per day) are designed to create meaningful, high quality interactions between industry partners and Penn College students preparing for careers in your field. Spots fill quickly and are available on a first come, first served basis, so early registration is encouraged.
In addition to Recruitment Days, we will also host our All Majors Fall 2026 Career Fair on October 6th & 7th.
