Route Sales / Driver

Our Route Sales professionals are responsible for the safe, timely delivery of propane on established routes to commercial and residential customers. This is a great position for someone who has prior propane delivery or route sales experience and would enjoy driving locally.  However, no experience with a sincere desire to learn route delivery work and obtain a CDL is fine---we can teach you! Our company has an established teamwork culture so we seek contributors who are motivated and desire to grow professionally over time while working for a stable, growing company.

To be successful in this key position, you should be comfortable with the following:

  • Provide an excellent customer care-attitude when working daily with our customers
  • Enjoy driving a commercial truck safely and making scheduled and occasional unscheduled deliveries safely
  • Occasional on-call duty (compensated)
  • Being a contributing member of team work environment while championing Blossman's core line of products and services.
  • Ability to learn new computer software and utilize technology daily; strong desire for continuous improvement and learning
  • Obtain and/or keep the CDL credentials with the hazmat and tanker endorsements, medical card, and other required credentials and certifications
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

Driving and delivering in all-weather conditions is routine. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must. Regular bending, lifting and pulling are associated with this job. This position will require a valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements within 120 days of hire so a clean driving record is needed. (We can help you with this process!)
